EMO-TRANS Tracking and Tracing System - Help
Depending on your desired search result, different entries in the fields are possible. Looking for a specific shipment, it is recommended to keyin all available details in order to minimize the overview table. To get a short summary of all your shipments during a specified period of time, you may leave some fields blank.
All of the input-fields are not case sensitive. So it doesn't matter if you use lowercase, CAPITALS or mIXEd characters.
The date format is recognized automatically by the based script, depending on how you separate the fields. If you use a "." as a separator, it expects the date to be formatted as <day>.<month>.<year> (commonly used in Europe). Using a "/" as the field-separator, the American Format applies, i.e. <month>/<day>/<year>. Finally, if you use a "-", the format is <year>-<month>-<day>.
Leading zeros do not have to be included. So it will come to the same result if you keyin "09.02.1997", "9.2.97", "2/09/1997" or "97-02-09".
From
The airport of departure shown in the Air Waybill. The airport is specified by its Three Letter Code.
To
The airport of destination shown in the Air Waybill. The airport is specified by its Three Letter Code.
HAWB / BL-Number
The House Airwaybill (Bill of lading) number, which is assigned to your shipment by EMO-TRANS.
Shippers Reference
The shipper's internal reference number.
P.O. Number
The consignee's P.O. (Purchase Order) number.
Shipper
The shipper mentioned in the AWB / BL.
Consignee
The consignee mentioned in the AWB / BL.
Date from/to
Specifies the range, in within shipments will be displayed as result. To search for all shipments after a specific date, leave the second field blank. For all shipments prior to a certain date, leave the first field blank. (Date format)
MAWB / MBL-Number
This worldwide unique Master-Air Waybill-number (Master-Bill of Lading), identifying the carrier is assigned to your shipment by EMO-TRANS.
